Cancun, Mexico Wedding Photographer at the Ritz-Carlton Cancun
After the ceremony, Maïa and Cookie’s wedding reception and celebration went through the night into the next day for the Air themed pool party. The party started off a fireworks display that led to the outdoor cocktail party. Then the guests entered the main ballroom indoors where they were served a multi-course dinner with dancing in between while listening to a Basa-Nova band. The brilliant team at david beahm design created a magical feeling in every single room the guests entered. The guests were then invited to go into the Willy Wonka themed room as little break to all the dancing. To see everyone’s faces light up was so much was so sweet. There was every kind of candy you could imagine. Maïa and Cookie thought of everything. Once everyone was ready to start dancing again, Fadi Kod ‘King of Drums’ from Quebec got the party going again for sure. The party then lasted through another level of entertainment then to the brunch and pool party the next day where everyone was wearing white. Andres Amador then created another beautiful masterpiece in the sand for everyone to enjoy. It was quite amazing. There were numerous musicians throughout the day and an electronic party into the night. To say this wedding was epic would be an understatement. It was loads of love, fun, dancing, eating and laughter that lasted for days. These are just some of our favorite images from the ceremony through the rest of the weekend.
